How are participants chosen for in-stadium contests?
Depending on the promotion, contestants are chosen at random by the NYCFC Match Presentation team. Some age restrictions may apply for certain promotions. We suggest getting to your seats early and wearing your favorite NYCFC gear to give yourself a better chance at being selected by our staff.
My row and/or section won a contest but I wasn’t there, what happens now?
All winners and contestants must be in their seats during the promotion in order to win the prize. Winning fans in their seats during the promotion must also have a valid ticket stub with the winning seat locations.
How can my child walk out with the players or take part in an on-field experience?
On-field experiences are reserved for City Members and Youth Soccer Partners. For more information, please visit nycfc.com/membership or nycfc.com/youthpartners.Â
How do I get my social media photos displayed during the match?
Instagram and Twitter photos are randomly displayed on our scoreboard throughout the day. Tag your photos with #NYCFC for a chance to see yourself throughout the match.
How can I display a birthday or welcome message at halftime?
Birthday, welcome, and congratulatory messages are reserved as an exclusive benefit for City Members. Please visit nycfc.com/membership for more information.
Can I audition to perform the National Anthem?
NYCFC reserves a select number of game dates for public submissions each season. If you are qualified and would like to audition, submit a video clip here of yourself performing the National Anthem a cappella. All submissions will be reviewed by the NYCFC Match Presentation team and qualifying applicants will be contacted to come in for an audition based on availability and openings.
