NYCFC offers the opportunity for fans to send and receive mobile tickets on a smartphone, in addition to traditional hard stock paper tickets, and Seasoncards. To ensure a ticketing experience that is safe and secure, Print-at-Home paper tickets (PDFs) have been discontinued. Mobile ticketing will expedite entry at the gates and allow fans the ability to transfer tickets to friends and family whenever they want and eliminates the two week delivery delay that was in place for PDFs.

CITY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS:
City Member Recurring Payment Authorization: By enrolling in the City Membership, I give authorization to New York City Football Club, LLC (“New York City FC”) to charge my credit/debit card or any cred/debit card added to my NYCFC Membership Account subsequent to my signing (or withdraw from my bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer, if so selected by me) for my annual City Membership dues (which includes the tickets described herein) and I agree to the terms and conditions listed herein. I understand that my subsequent installment charges will be made to the card/account on file of my NYCFC Membership Account subsequent to my signing to use in association with my chosen payment plan until my annual dues are paid in full. I acknowledge that my City Membership will automatically renew for the following year in September of each successive Membership Year, unless either I or New York City FC provides written notice of cancellation prior to this date. New York City FC will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the primary email address on the NYCFC Membership Account (no less than 30 days) of the date on which your Membership will renew and any applicable Membership fee adjustments that may apply. I understand that my City Membership may be cancelled by me at any time throughout the year for any reason, provided I submit thirty (30) days written notice by either (a) U.S. mail, certified return receipt requested addressed to New York City FC, ATTN: Membership Services, 600 3rd Avenue - 30th Floor, New York, NY 10016, or (b) completion of a form at www.nycfc.com/optout of my election to do so. Upon cancellation and following the thirty (30) days notice, I will no longer be obligated for any future payments, but shall not be entitled to any refund for installment payments made prior to the cancellation. Remaining funds on my account may be applied toward the purchase of tickets to mutually agreed upon New York City FC matches within the Membership (calendar) year. For all Membership payments, the foregoing payment authorization shall remain in effect for so long as my City Membership remains in effect. I understand that New York City FC reserve the right, upon written notification, to modify my payment plan, including pricing, for future seasons and/or terminate my participation as a City Member for any violations of this agreement or any applicable rules, regulations or policies including without limitation the New York City FC Fan Code of Conduct (www.nycfc.com/fan-code-of-conduct), any applicable New York City FC policies or any applicable venue or stadium rules and policies, including without limitation any Yankee Stadium policies (www.nycfc.com/matchday/a-zguide) that apply to any venue that New York City FC plays its home matches. I further acknowledge that I will be bound and agree to abide by any modification or amendment of the foregoing rules, regulations & policies as may apply from time to time.
New York City FC reserve the right to restrict entry to New York City FC matches or events and/or revoke Membership privileges if scheduled installment payments are not timely paid and/or if any authorized charge is refused by a credit card company or banking institution for any reason. Members realize that if any credit card/debit or checking account number(s) listed on this form changes, they will promptly notify New York City FC and this authorization will remain in effect for the new account number(s). Under all payment plans, all payments are due on the dates specified regardless of match cancellations or rescheduling – refunds or exchanges in such events will then be handled under New York City FC’s standard ticket policies/terms and conditions. Failure to continue scheduled payments in the event of canceled or rescheduled matches may result in cancellation of their City Membership. New York City FC reserve the right to charge a processing fee for any amount incurred by New York City FC in the event a charge authorized by you pursuant to this agreement is refused.
Ticket Delivery: New York City FC Seasoncard(s) will be delivered via mail prior to the start of each season. Access to ticket(s) that correspond with New York City FC Seasoncard(s) will be accessible and available for use via the New York City FC AccountManager subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership. Members acknowledge and agree that they will be bound by the terms of this agreement as well as any appearing on the printed ticket or in any applicable New York City FC ticket policies as amended from time to time.
City Membership Standard Terms & Conditions:
Membership accounts and/or account numbers are not transferable from one person or entity to another. The owner name under which an account has been purchased may not be changed, with the following exceptions: Legal name change, change in marital status, change in business name, dissolution of business, sale of business, or death of account holder. All requests for account information changes must be submitted in writing.
Your Membership is a Revocable License:
City Memberships include season tickets, which like all tickets sold for events at New York City FC’s home venue, are owned by New York City FC. The City Membership (and included ticket(s)) is a revocable license issued by New York City FC to the individual or corporate entity name that appears on the account of record. Breach of any of the terms of this agreement or relevant ticket policies shall entitle New York City FC to all available legal remedies, including but not limited to revocation or cancellation of your Membership.
All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges:
Payments must be timely made on or before the agreed upon payment plan dates. For those on installment payment plans, in the event you fail to make any timely required payments, New York City FC reserve the right to either (a) withhold your tickets for upcoming events until payment is made and the account is in good standing or (b) terminate your Membership, with any payments made prior to the termination date forfeited by you.
In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of the applicable event, NYCFC shall not be required to issue a refund provided that you are given the right, within twelve months of the date of the original event, to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event or to exchange this ticket for a ticket, comparable in price and location to another similar event as designated by NYCFC.
Playoffs are at an additional cost above and beyond your annual Membership dues. City Members automatically retain their seats for all playoff games, excluding MLS Cup Finals. Playoff tickets will be charged in advance of each playoff round. Upon receipt of playoff ticket pricing information, you may provide written notice by the designated date to opt-out of the playoffs, not be charged, and have no change to your Membership status. Notification of playoff pricing will be sent to you prior to the end of the regular season.
Any ticket holder who behaves in an unruly or disruptive manner, including, but not limited to, foul language, intoxication, physical or verbal abuse of other fans, stadium employees, match officials, players or coaches during, before or after a match may be asked to leave New York City FC’s home venue. The account holder of record is responsible for such behavior by anyone using their tickets. New York City FC reserve the right in the event of such behavior, to terminate your City Membership without refund or other compensation.
Use of Image:
The Member (or the user of your ticket for any particular match) grants permission to New York City FC and Major League Soccer (and their respective affiliates, designees, representatives and agents) to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the match in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.
Acceptance of Terms/Conditions:
City Membership Auto-Renewal:
City Members will have the first right to keep their seats for the following year, and as part of the auto-renewal program you won’t have to worry about renewing your seats season after season, missing a deadline, or losing your seats.
The auto-renewal program allows you to pay over 12 months for each season.
In future seasons, you will be automatically renewed in September via the payment method and plan you chose during initial enrollment. You’ll also be sent information giving you the option to relocate or add-on seats for each season.
Members also have the flexibility to cancel their Membership at any time provided that you submit thirty (30) days written notice by either (a) U.S. mail, certified return receipt requested addressed to New York City FC, ATTN: Fan Service, 600 3rd Avenue - 30th Floor, New York, NY 10016, or (b) completion of a form at www.nycfc.com/OptOut of my election to do so. No refunds will be issued for canceling your City Membership. If you choose to cancel, your Membership will end 30 days from the date you provide New York City FC with written notice by completing the online web form. If there is another payment date within the 30 day window, you will be charged that one remaining payment. You will not be responsible for any future payments and any remaining funds may be applied toward the purchase of tickets to a mutually agreed upon event in that calendar year.
The City Membership cannot be suspended for any period of time. If a Member chooses to cancel the Membership for any period of time, they will need to re-establish Membership and be subject to new Member pricing and benefits.
Members can opt back into the City Membership at any time, based on availability, and will be subject to a new seating location, pricing, and benefits. The Membership account tenure will then be reset back at 1 year.
Reduction of the number of seats on existing Membership accounts:
To reduce the number of seats on account, a Member must call their Membership Services Executive directly, or call 855.77.NYCFC. Members cannot enroll online and reduce the number of seats. Please note, if your reduction in seats leaves a single, unoccupied seat, Members will have to relocate all your seats.
Enrollment Gift & Membership Packages:
City Members will receive a one-time enrollment gift (backpack or messenger bag) for each seat on their account. All Members will also receive the annual Membership package with your Seasoncard(s) prior to the start of each season. Membership packages will be sent out in late February or early March, approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the first match of each season.
City Members have the opportunity to relocate for the future seasons into seats that become available through the non-renewal of season tickets associated with The City Membership or new seating inventory that has been made available. Accounts interested in relocation are required to enroll into the Membership at their current seat location and fill out a form that was sent via email with their specific interests/requests. All seats that are not renewed after the initial deadline will be dropped and other season ticket Members will be able to relocate into those seats.
By signing up for the relocation process, you are not obligated to change your seats. If nothing better is available, you will still have your current seats secured.
Our Membership Services Team will contact accounts based on when they became a City Member if any seats matching their request are available. All forms must be submitted by the date and time specified in the Seat Relocation email. The seat relocation process takes place after the initial Membership Enrollment process is complete.
Transferring Seats/Splitting Accounts
The primary name listed on the account is the owner of record of the City Membership. Splitting or transferring of Membership privileges must be made from the City Member of record and will be done only after approval of, and at the discretion of the New York City FC. Splitting of seats on an account will only be considered if the new recipient has been listed as a Secondary Contact on the account for at least one full year (365 days) and all of the seats on account must have been purchased at the same time. Please note that City Memberships may not be transferred from City Member account to another. Transferred Memberships will not maintain the same account data or status (City Member) as the original account holder. However, you may retain this status if the tickets are transferred within the immediate family and proper documentation is provided. Corporate accounts may be transferred to the principal of the same company. Written correspondence must be on corporate letterhead. Please note, there is a maximum of one (1) account allowed per household.
Payment Plan Options:
There are two payment plans available. Pay in Full, or Monthly Payments. Monthly payments feature a 12 month payment plan (September - August) with 12 payments being charged on the 15th of each month. Pay in Full plans pay in full annually on Sept. 15th for all future seasons.
For future seasons, you will automatically be placed in the payment option you selected during initial enrollment.
City Members who enroll prior to September 15 will keep their monthly payments as low as possible by enrolling in the 12 month payment plan.
City Members who enroll after September 15 will be required to make a lump sum payment to equal payment schedule based upon a September start date.
Future monthly payments will be drawn on the 15th of each month.

To help make sure tickets don't go unused, City Members have access the Ticket Trade-in Program. You can trade-in tickets from matches you can't attend for additional tickets to future matches. You can use these extra tickets to bring out friends, family and coworkers to Yankee Stadium so they can enjoy some exciting soccer.
Ticket Trade-In Program Guidelines:
· Generally, tickets must be traded more than three (3) business days in advance of the match you will not be attending and the match you would like additional tickets for. The replacement match must be selected at the time of trade-in.
· City Members can exchange a maximum of six (6) matches. Once a match has been played, those tickets cannot be exchanged.
· Program is available for City Membership seats and MLS regular season home matches only.
· Certain blackout dates apply and all matches are subject to availability.
· You can only exchange for tickets in the same or higher price category. We will do our best to place your new seats as close as possible to your City Member seats.
· If you wish to upgrade to a higher price category and pay the difference, please indicate so in the Notes section on the form. A Membership Services Executive will contact you.
· Ticket trade-ins across multiple matches cannot be combined into additional tickets for a single match.
· Traded-in tickets must be applied to a different match. You cannot trade-in your tickets to simply relocate them for the same match.
· Tickets must be paid for in order to be available for trade-in.
· You will be able to access your exchanged tickets via My AccountManager. Exchanged tickets will not be available on your Seasoncard.
· Tickets exchanged via the Trade-in Program are not eligible for City Points.
· All ticket trade-in requests must be submitted online. Requests will not be accepted via phone, email or at the Yankee Stadium Box Office.
· All exchanges are final. No cancellations.
· Ticket Trade-in Program is subject to change at any time.

Each ticket and/or Seasoncard (and its holder) is subject to the Ticket Policy and Stadium Rules of Conduct.
All tickets/Seasoncard remains the property of New York City FC LLC and is a revocable license which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime. City Members (which includes season tickets) are responsible for the actions of themselves and any individual using their seats. New York City FC reserves the right to terminate the City Membership or ticket account in its entirety if the account holder or any individual using the seats engages in disorderly conduct or otherwise fails to follow facility rules and regulations. In such a case no refund shall be made of any amounts paid for such Memberships/season tickets and the Member/season ticket holder waives its right to any such refund.
New York City FC reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who violates facility policies, whose conduct is deemed disorderly or for the protection of patrons. All persons seeking entry into the Stadium specifically consent to and are subject to metal detector and physical pat-down inspections prior to entry. All bags may be thoroughly searched. Pursuant to New York State Law, this ticket may not be resold within one thousand five hundred from the physical structure of this place of entertainment. The holder agrees not to engage in transmitting any description or picture of the event. This Card or ticket may not be used for advertising, promotional or other trade purposes without the express written consent of New York City FC. The holder grants permission to New York City FC and its agents to utilize or grant to any other party the right to utilize the holder’s image, likeness or voice in connection with any broadcast, photograph or any other reproduction in whole or in part of this event via any media and for any purpose in perpetuity.

New York City FC reserves the right to relocate ticketholders during the regular season and at any time during the playoffs to accommodate broadcast or security requirements, or for any other reason in the sole discretion of New York City FC.
CHILD ENTRY: Children who are 3 years old and younger and less than 30 inches tall do not need a ticket for entry. However, the child must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view of other Guests. This policy may vary for other events.
SUPPORTERS SECTION TICKETS: The Supporters Sections (235-238) are General Admission sections that will be filled with passionate soccer fans that will stand, sing, and chant for all 90 minutes of the match.
Sections 235-238 are General Admission by section. An individual with a ticket in section 235 will have General Admission to that section only and will not be permitted into any other General Admission sections (236-238).
Views may be obstructed by other individuals, flags, banners, and displays.
These sections may not be suitable for children due to standing and adult language.
If this atmosphere is something you are not comfortable with please do not choose seats in this section.
