MOBILE TICKETING: NYCFC offers the opportunity for fans to send and receive mobile tickets on a smartphone, in addition to traditional hard stock paper tickets. To ensure a ticketing experience that is safe and secure, Print-at-Home paper tickets (PDFs) have been discontinued. Mobile ticketing will expedite entry at the gates and allow fans the ability to transfer tickets to friends and family whenever they want and eliminates the two week delivery delay that was in place for PDFs. TICKET TRADE-IN PROGRAM: To help make sure tickets don't go unused, City Members have access to the Ticket Trade-in Program. You can trade-in tickets from matches you can't attend for additional tickets to future matches. You can use these extra tickets to bring out friends, family and coworkers to Yankee Stadium so they can enjoy some exciting soccer.

NEW YORK CITY FC TICKET RESALE THROUGH ACCOUNTMANAGER: New York State law prohibits, under penalty of law, the resale of tickets within 1,500 feet from the physical structure of Yankee Stadium or any separate building or other structure at which New York City FC tickets are first offered for sale to the public.

CHILD ENTRY: Children who are 3 years old and younger and less than 30 inches tall do not need a ticket for entry. However, the child must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view of other Guests. This policy may vary for other events.

SUPPORTERS SECTION TICKETS: The Supporters Sections (235-238) are General Admission sections that will be filled with passionate soccer fans that will stand, sing, and chant for all 90 minutes of the match.

Sections 235-238 are General Admission by section. An individual with a ticket in section 235 will have General Admission to that section only and will not be permitted into any other General Admission sections (236-238).

Views may be obstructed by other individuals, flags, banners, and displays.

These sections may not be suitable for children due to standing and adult language.

If this atmosphere is something you are not comfortable with please do not choose seats in this section.

NEW YORK CITY FOOTBALL CLUB TICKET POLICY FOR GAMES IMPACTED BY COVID-19
As of 3/31/2021
On March 24th, 2021, New York City Football Club (“NYCFC”) announced, in coordination with local, city, and state governments, and Major League Soccer, that fans will be permitted at a reduced capacity to attend NYCFC home games for the beginning of the 2021 season.

While we are excited to welcome fans back to NYCFC games in 2021, we understand that there will be unique circumstances impacting these games. As the season progresses, we hope public health circumstance continue to improve which will allow games to be played free of any COVID-19-related restrictions.

However, at this time the following 2021 New York City Football Club regular season home games are considered impacted by COVID-19 and the ticket policy below shall apply:

2021 NYCFC City Members

City Members shall have the opportunity to select tickets to 2021 NYCFC MLS home games using their City Member accounts. Information on how City Members will be able to select tickets for these games will be communicated separately via e-mail by the NYCFC Ticketing Department.

Any City Member that selects tickets, as detailed above, to an Impacted Game shall have the opportunity to request a refund. Refunds requested two (2) or more calendar days before the Impacted Game will be delivered in full in the form of original payment. In the event City Member Credit was used to select the refunded ticket, that Credit will return to the City Member’s Account in full.

Refunds requested between two (2) days before and up to two (2) days after an Impacted Game, will be given in the form of a full credit valid for one (1) calendar year from the day of the Impacted Game. For example, for a Thursday game, requested received by Tuesday will receive a full refund in the form of original payment, while requests submitted between Wednesday and Saturday will receive a full credit valid for one (1) calendar year from the day of the Impacted Game.

City Members with tickets for Impacted Games can request a refund by contacting your NYCFC City Member Representative.

2021 NYCFC Group Ticket Purchasers

Group ticket purchases for any Impacted Game shall have the opportunity to request a refund. Refunds requested two (2) or more calendar days before the Impacted Game will be delivered in full in the form of original payment.

Refunds requested between two (2) days before and up to two (2) days after an Impacted Game, will be given in the form of a full credit valid for one (1) calendar year from the day of the Impacted Game.

Group tickets purchasers can request a refund by contacting (i) your NYCFC Ticket Representative for more information; or (ii) FEVO Customer Support.

2021 Individual Game Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster

Individual game ticket purchasers for any Impacted Game shall have the opportunity to request a refund. Refunds requested two (2) or more calendar days before the Impacted Game will be delivered in full in the form of original payment.

Refunds requested between two (2) days before and up to two (2) days after an Impacted Game, will be given in the form of a full credit valid for one (1) calendar year from the day of the Impacted Game.

Individual game ticket purchasers can request a refund by contacting customer support for the platform on which they bought their ticket(s).

Additional Information

  • If a guest tests positive for COVID-19 prior attending an NYCFC home game, they will be able to request a refund for their ticket. Refunds requested two (2) or more calendar days before the ticketed event will be delivered in full in the form of original payment (or account credit if credit was used to purchase the ticket). Refunds requested between two (2) days before and up to two (2) days after the ticketed event, will be given in the form of a full credit valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of the originally scheduled event.
  • For any ticketed customer who purchased his/her ticket on the secondary market, please note that any refund must come from the original ticket purchaser.
  • NYCFC’s refund policy for rescheduled or cancelled games remains unchanged. If an event is rescheduled, all ticket purchasers for such rescheduled event shall have the right, within twelve (12) months of the originally scheduled game, to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event or to exchange the ticket for another ticket that is comparable in price and location to another similar event, as designated by NYCFC in its sole discretion.
