New York City FC is back at home for the final game in The Bronx of the regular season. As the Boys in Blue prepare to take not the defending champions, Dome Torrent has made three changes to the Starting XI.
Sebastien Ibeagha will be taking Anton Tinnerholm's place in the defense for Atlanta United after suffering a concussion vs. FC Dallas last time out. Elsewhere, Keaton Parks misses out with a hamstring strain, with Tony Rocha coming in and Ismael Tajouri-Shradi replaces Eric Miller in an offensive NYCFC lineup.
Héber, the team's leading scorer, is finally fit enough to take the pitch once again, but he will starting the night off on the bench for Torrent's side. The last time NYCFC and Frank De Boer's side met, the Brazilian came off the bench and scored City's lone goal of the night at the Mercedes Benz Stadium.
An NYCFC win vs. Atlanta, coupled with a Philadelphia draw or defeat vs. the San Jose Earthquakes later on, would clinch top spot in the East and CONCACAF Champions League qualification for the Boys in Blue.
