New York City FC takes on Chicago Fire for the second time this season, the City Blues have been on a roll securing back-to-back road wins before the bye week.
As City football makes it's return this Saturday, so does Alexandru Mitriță in Dome Torrent's Starting XI. The forward hasn't started in the front line since April 21 against D.C. United, he had been coming off the bench for the Boys in Blue due to an injury stint. Mitriță will be starting in place of Ismael Tajouri-Shradi, who will be available as a substitute.
After a strong performance against LA Galaxy, Tony Rocha will be back in the midfield for the second consecutive game.
In the City boys last meeting with the Fire, NYCFC topped the Fire 1-0 as Valentin Castellanos struck for the lone goal of the match, he will also be available for Torrent on the subs list.
