NYCFC Arrives in Texas for Generation adidas Cup Finals

GA Cup Preview

New York City FC have arrived in Texas for this week’s Generation adidas Cup finals.

For our U-12s and U-17s, this will be an opportunity to test themselves against the best in a series of games.

The U-17s are returning to the place where they lifted the Club’s first-ever piece of silverware in 2017 when they emerged victorious through the Premier Division of the competition, thanks to victory over Tigres in the final.

This time, they will be pitted against Real Madrid (Spain), Atletico Paranaense (Brazil) and Sporting KC (USA) in Group C, kicking off their tournament on Friday afternoon.

NYCFC’s first two games vs. Atletico Paranaense (Friday) and Real Madrid (Sunday) will be streamed live on right here on NYCFC.com, so you can look in on some of City’s potential stars of tomorrow.

Rodrigo Marion’s side qualified for the tournament in the top bracket thanks to victories over DC United, Philadelphia Union and Red Bulls in the February qualifiers in Atlanta.
