NYCFC returned home from Los Angeles and snagged another victory at Yankee Stadium. Their win over New England was their third in a row, and featured Jonathan Lewis scoring the winner for the second-straight match. 


Of course, it wasn't easy—for NYCFC or their supporters! This one was a real nailbiter, and Lewis' winner didn't come until the 93rd minute.

As usual, the City faithful were standing and cheering until the very end, supremely confident that their team would find a way to win. After all, these boys just don't quit.

It really was a good, old-fashioned nail-biter, wasn't it? After a nondescript first half, 90 minutes' worth of action was compressed into about 30, as both teams traded goals. When Lewis finally notched the decider, this is how Yankee Stadium reacted:
