New York City FC can confirm that defender Anton Tinnerholm suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon during Sunday’s match against Nashville SC.
Anton will undergo surgery tomorrow at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital to repair the injury and begin his recovery process.
