New York City FC will attempt to make it 15 games unbeaten when the Portland Timbers visit Yankee Stadium on Sunday night.
On the availability front, Dome Torrent will definitely be without six first-team players for the match and three are questionable after Wednesday’s win over Seattle.
Jesus Medina, Alexandru Mitriță and Ismael Tajouri-Shradi are all nursing issues going into Military Appreciation Night in the Bronx, while Héber, Tony Rocha, James Sands and Joe Scally remain sidelined.
Sean Johnson and Alexander Callens will be on Gold Cup and Copa America final duties, respectively, but will return to New York next week.
Kick-off at Yankee Stadium takes place at 6.30pm and the game will be broadcast live on FOX.
