Injury Report: Latest Team News for Atlanta

NYCFC at Atlanta United Injury Report

NYCFC will be without five players for the second and final game against Atlanta United in 2017.

Ronald Matarrita and Khiry Shelton remain injured, while Andrea Pirlo is questionable with a knee bone bruise injury. Ethan White suffered an adductor injury and is questionable as well. 


Yangel Herrera’s absence continues as he represents Venezuela in the U20 World Cup in Venezuela. 


For Atlanta, Josef Martinez is out with a left quad injury after suffering the injury during a call-up with the Venezuelan National Team and is expected to miss approximately 4-6 weeks. Jacob Peterson is also out following a right lower leg injury.
