The XI | Four Changes for Toronto FC

xi Toronto 9/11

New York City FC is back in The Bronx just two days after defeating New England and climbing to the top of the Eastern Conference Table. Although the team is in the top spot there is no time to rest.

As City looks to extend their win streak to six games and fight for redemption from these team's early season meeting, Dome Torrent has made four changes to his Starting XI. The first change is in net since Sean Johnson is back with the Boys in Blue and ready to take his place between the sticks once again.

With Maxime Chanot on international duty, Ronald Matarrita makes his return to the squad after serving a two-game suspension and playing for Costa Rica.

Unfortunately our resident Spidey, Maxi Moralez is serving his one-game suspension for yellow card accumulation tonight. Tony Rocha received the nod for Torrent to fill in the slot in the midfield.

After his stellar performance against the Revolution, Jesus Medina has earned himself the start for tonight's matchup.

Come on out to The Bronx and join us in showing our appreciation for this City's bravest, the First Responders. Let's defend our house, #ForTheCity.

NYCFC XI: Johnson, Ibeagha, Ring (C), Sweat, Tinnerholm, Matarrita, Parks, Rocha, Medina, Mitriță, Castellanos
