The XI | Héber Returns From Injury

New York City FC is on the road to take on Orlando City SC as they look to continue their bid for the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.


While the team sets their eyes on a place in the last four, Dome Torrent has made three changes to his Starting XI. Héber will be making his well-awaited return, after nursing a hamstring injury for two weeks. He will reclaim his spot as the team's number nine, replacing Taty Castellanos in tonight's match. 


Another addition is Juan Pablo Torres, makes his second U.S. Open Cup appearance, taking Anton Tinnerholm's spot at wing-back. Jesus Medina also finds himself in the XI, filling in for Keaton Parks. Medina helped lead NYCFC to their first U.S. Open Cup victory, scoring his first goal of the season against North Carolina FC. 


The Boys in Blue look to continue their campaign for the U.S. Open Cup and make it to the semifinals, tune in to ESPN+ to cheer on New York City's Football Club.
