Injury Report | Four Injured, Three Away for Philly

IR Philly

New York City FC is back in the Bronx to take on Philadelphia Union for the first time this season. As the club looks to extend the unbeaten streak to 13 matches, Dome Torrent will have some interesting decisions to make in selecting the Starting XI.

The Boys in Blue are without HĂ©ber and Tony Rocha, who are both recovering from hamstring injuries. While James Sands remains out with an arm injury, and Joe Scally continues his healing process from his hip surgery.

Although four players are unavailable for Saturday’s match, there are an additional three players who are away on international team duty - Sean Johnson, Alex Callens, and Ronald Matarrita, while Ebenezer Ofori made his return to the City from Ghana.

With seven players out of contention, Torrent will look to players like Keaton Parks and ValentĂn Castellanos who may step up against the Eastern Conference leaders.
