The Boys in Blue Abroad are trucking on during this international break for their respective nations across a number of different global competitions.

Maxime Chanot put in the most work this weekend, using his combination of steely defending and leadership to help Luxembourg to a dominating 4-0 win over Moldova in their UEFA Nations League matchup.

NYCFC’s co-leading scorer Ismael Tajouri-Shradi put in an 87-minute shift vs. South Africa to earn them a point via scoreless draw in AFCON qualifying.

Ghanian central midfielder Ebenezer Ofori returned the fold, started, and played 59 minutes in a 1-0 AFCON qualifying loss to Kenya.

Rodney Wallace was back with the Ticos after his summer World Cup experience, coming on as a 69th minute sub in a 2-0 friendly loss to South Korea.

Wallace and Chanot each have one more fixture to go before returning home to New York.

Luxembourg continue their UEFA Nations League life-off with a match at San Marino on 9/11, while Costa Rica have one more friendly run out vs. Japan on the same day.
