Preseason 2017: Tucson Roster Revealed -

NYCFC have travelled down to Tucson with an initial 23-strong party to compete in the Desert Diamond Cup.

In the final leg of our preseason training program, the team will face off against Red Bulls (2/15), Houston Dynamo (2/18) and Colorado Rapids (2/22), before a fourth game (2/25) against an opponent which will be determined based on the standings after the three games.

Jonathan Lewis is missing from the roster as he competes for the U.S U-20s in the CONCACAF U-20 Championships in Costa Rica.

New signings Alexander Callens and Alexander Ring are due to arrive later in the week, subject to receipt of their P1 visas.

Head Coach Patrick Vieira told NYCFC.com: “It’s still preseason so what I will be really focused on is the quality of the games and if the players can translate what we’ve been working on in training on the field.”
