Andrew Jacobson continued his streak of playing every minute in midfield since arriving at Stabaek in their draw with Bodo/Glimt. Stabaek currently sits in a tie for 7th place in the Norwegian Tippeligaen table.
Frank Lampard came on as a substitute in the second half of both Manchester City games last week.
He came on in the 57th minute and played out a 1-1 draw in Champions League action against AS Roma at the Etihad, where he also shared this reunion with former England and Chelsea teammate Ashley Cole.
Lampard then entered a scoreless match against Aston Villa in the 56th minute and helped City turn the tide and score two goals to win away at Villa Park on Saturday.
Josh Saunders made 8 saves while only giving up 1 goal in San Antonio’s game against Ottawa. San Antonio is currently 12 points above 5th place with 4 games remaining, and are one win (or a Fort Lauderdale loss) away from clinching a playoff birth.
Kwame Watson-Siriboe started and played 90 minutes at center back in Carolina’s loss to Fort Lauderdale.
