2017: The Costa Rican international started his first season in MLS on fire, scoring NYCFC’s first goal of the season. He helped his country qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup alongside teammate Ronald Matarrita, while contributing four goals and six assists to the Club. 

2016: Signed for Portuguese team FC Arouca as an MLS Cup Champion in January 2016. Following two months in Portugal, Wallace signed for Sport Recife in March 2016 where he made 24 appearances and scored four goals. 

2011: Wallace joined Portland Timbers where he represented them on 120 occasions in his four years with the club. 

2009: Rodney was drafted by DC United in the first round of the 2009 MLS SuperDraft where he made 39 appearances in two seasons

Youth: Rodney represented the Maryland Terrapins in his youth career after moving to Maryland at the age of nine.
