CAREER

2016: Andrea built upon a great start at Yankee Stadium with more of the same in 2016, completing a team-high 11 MLS assists in his 33 games. Pirlo scored his first NYCFC goal with a trademark free-kick in the 3-2 win over Philadelphia in June and made the MLS All-Star team. Pirlo missed the first leg defeat to Toronto in NYCFC’s first-ever MLS Playoffs game through injury but will be back for 2017. ​

2015:  Made his New York City FC debut on July 26 against Orlando City SC at Yankee Stadium. Registered five assists for the season. Played in 13 games, starting 12 of them.
