NYCFC is back in action with two matches this week, and the team has been ramping up training to get ready. First up is a U.S. Open Cup fourth-round match against the Red Bulls in New Jersey on Wednesday, followed by this weekend's Pride Day at Yankee Stadium, where the squad will take on the Seattle Sounders.
