HOW TO ACCESS MEMBER TICKETS

Open the NYCFC app and navigate to ‘My Account’
Sign in to your account – if you haven’t logged into your account in a while, you may need to reset your password
Select the drop down menu in the top left of the screen. Click on “Member Options” and then select “Buy Member Tickets”
Select the match you want to purchase tickets for
Read the new ‘Buying Experience Update’ and when you are done, click ‘Got It’
Select the section you would like to sit in and select ‘Add to Cart’ once choosing the ticket pod that you want to purchase
Confirm the ticket(s) are in your cart and select ‘Checkout’
Select the ‘Select Delivery Method’ drop down menu, select ‘Mobile (free)’ and click continue
Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ check box
Select ‘Submit Order’
Your ticket and matchday QR code will be loaded into your Account Manager under “My Events” – Enjoy the match!
