NYCFC Staff and City Members spent Earth Daytogether cleaning up nearby Randall’s Island in a league-wide green initiative called "Week of Service” which was established by MLS Works.
"It was a great opportunity for our staff and fans to come together to support one of New York City’s greatest parks, it’s a demonstration of the wonderful community spirit that we have at the Club and amongst our fans. This is the first of many volunteer projects we’ll be organizing this season to help maintain our public parks,” said NYCFC Director of Community Development, Paul Jeffries.
