New York City FC Announces Roster Moves Following 2015 MLS Campaign

NEW YORK - New York City FC announced on Dec. 4 it has declined the options on four contracts for the 2016 season and has exercised the contract options on 10 others. 
The 2016 contracts options for Kwame Watson-Siriboe, Jeb Brovsky, Ned Grabavoy and Pablo Alvarez were declined.
Grabavoy will be eligible for Free Agency. Watson-Siriboe and Brovsky will be eligible to participate in Major League Soccer's Re-Entry Process.
Angelino, Shay Facey, Ryan Meara & Javier Calle have all returned to their original clubs after the expiration of their respective loan periods. Sebastian Velasquez's contract has expired. 
"We’d like to sincerely thank those players for their contributions for the Club's historic inaugural season," said Sporting Director Claudio Reyna. "We wish them the very best of luck in the future."

New York City FC has exercised the 2016 contract options of:Josh Saunders, Eirik Johansen, RJ Allen, Connor Brandt, Mehdi Ballouchy, Kwadwo Poku, Tommy McNamara, Tony Taylor, Khiry Shelton and Patrick Mullins.


New York City FC takes on the Puerto Rican National Team on Friday, December 11 at 7:00 p.m. est (8:00 p.m. ast) from the Juan Ramón Loubriel Stadium in Bayamón.
