We’ve gone Mobile!
Accessing Yankee Stadium has been made easier this season with the introduction of mobile ticketing.
City Members and group accounts can view or transfer their Seasoncard or traditional hard stock paper ticket to a mobile ticket by logging on to the “My Account Manager” at nycfc.com/myaccount and clicking “manage my tickets” via their Smartphone.
Fans purchasing single game tickets online at nycfc.com, Ticketmaster.com, or via Ticketmaster telephone, you will have the option of receiving traditional hard stock paper tickets or mobile tickets at the time of initial purchase. Individual game buyers can view or transfer their ticket as a mobile ticket by logging on to your Ticketmaster account at m.ticketmaster.com via your Smartphone.
Fans purchasing single game tickets at the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office will receive only traditional hard stock paper tickets (and will not have an option to receive mobile tickets or the option to convert their tickets to mobile tickets). Print-at-home paper tickets (PDFs) will no longer be available.
All fans can still freely transfer their mobile tickets within 2 weeks of each respective match, but not after entering Yankee Stadium.
MOBILE TICKET WITH QR CODE:
If you are planning on using mobile tickets for entry into Yankee Stadium, please make sure you download and transfer to each member of your party his/her individual ticket via mobile smartphone, prior to arriving at Yankee Stadium.
- Mobile tickets should be downloaded and accessed before proceeding through the security screenings at Yankee Stadium.
- Transfer mobile tickets to each member of your party prior to arriving at Yankee Stadium.
- Mobile tickets cannot be transferred after they have been scanned and Guests are inside Yankee Stadium.

1. What are Mobile Tickets?
Mobile tickets refer to the "eTicket" delivery option. By selecting "eTicket" as your delivery method, you will receive a mobile ticket and you can use your Smartphone to gain entry into Yankee Stadium.
2. How do I choose Mobile Ticket Delivery?
For fans purchasing an individual game ticket on nycfc.com or Ticketmaster, select the mobile "eTicketing" option to receive a mobile ticket rather than a traditional hard stock paper ticket and follow the instructions. For City Members and group ticket buyers, either log on to your "My Account Manager" at nycfc.com/myaccount via your desktop or Smartphone. This delivery method gives you the option of scanning your mobile ticket on your Smartphone at the gate.
3. Can I convert my PDF to a mobile ticket?
If your name appears on the PDF then city members, group account holders and recipients of ticket transfers can log into your nycfc.com/myaccount Single game buyers who are in possessions of PDFs can log into your TicketMaster account m.ticketmaster.com via your Smartphone and convert your PDF to a mobile ticket for entry.
4. Can I transfer my mobile ticket to a family member or friend?
Yes. Fans can freely transfer their mobile ticket to a family member or a friend's Smartphone once the verification (QR code) appears, but not after entering Yankee Stadium. Accordingly, we strongly recommend that you transfer to each member of your party his/her individual ticket via mobile, prior to entering Yankee Stadium.
5. Can I resell my mobile and traditional hard stock paper tickets?
Fans can resell their traditional hard stock paper tickets anytime and anywhere. Reselling mobile tickets on websites other than New York City FC Ticket Exchange depends upon the operations of such other websites, which New York City FC does not control. Fans should be aware that New York City FC can only guarantee tickets that are resold through the New York City FC Ticket Exchange where the transaction is secure and the resold ticket is verified.
6. What does a mobile ticket look like?
A mobile ticket contains a unique ticket verification (QR code). It also contains the customary ticket information that you are familiar with seeing on a traditional hard stock paper ticket such as game date, time, section, row, seat, etc.
7. What if my phone is not compatible?
Any Smartphone that can browse the Internet can load a mobile ticket. If you don’t have a Smartphone, please go directly to customer service at the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office adjacent to Gate 4. Upon presenting proof of original purchase, a traditional hard stock paper ticket will be printed for you to use to enter Yankee Stadium.
8. What does it cost to use a mobile ticket?
There is no mobile delivery fee associated with an "eTicket", however, your cellular carrier may charge a fee to browse the Internet on your Smartphone. Please consult your cellular plan for any additional charges.
9. What happens if I forget my phone or my battery dies?
In the event you forget your phone or your battery dies before entering Yankee Stadium, please go directly to customer service at the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office adjacent to Gate 4. Upon presenting proof of original purchase, a traditional hard stock paper ticket will be printed for you to use to enter Yankee Stadium.
